This necklace comes with a stainless steel laser engraved charm pendant on a stainless steel box chain. The pendant has “SCS Patient” and a medical caduceus on it.

The pendant is also available for individual purchase if you have another chain on which you would like to wear it. The charm measures approx. 3/4 inch across.
