This Honda main relay conversion kit replaces the factory multi-pin main relay with a properly gauged, sealed Micro-ISO relays, providing improved reliability for modified, swapped, and performance-focused Honda builds.

The factory Honda main relay is a known failure point, especially in aging chassis and modified vehicles. This conversion replaces the factory relay logic with a high-quality sealed single relay, offering increased current handling and improved long-term reliability.
This setup is ideal for vehicles running aftermarket ECUs, upgraded fuel systems, or simplified chassis wiring.
This main relay conversion kit is available with selectable OEM connector styles to match your chassis.
CRX / OBD0 applications use the white connector style commonly found in early chassis.
OBD1 and OBD2 Civic applications use the brown 7-pin connector style found in later Honda platforms.
Each option uses genuine OEM Honda connectors to ensure proper fitment and factory-style integration.
All wiring is constructed using top-tier mil-spec M22759/32 (Tefzel) wire, selected for its heat resistance, durability, and long-term reliability. A sealed automotive-grade PDM is used to protect against moisture, vibration, and corrosion.
Harness length is approximately 8 inches from connector to relay, keeping the installation compact and clean inside the cabin.
Each kit includes mounting hardware designed to allow the relay and connector to be mounted cleanly in the factory main relay location inside the cabin.
This ensures a secure installation while maintaining OEM-style service access and appearance.
An optional main kill switch upgrade is available for customers who want added control or security.
