The Deutsch DTM 12-Pin Connector Kit is a compact, environmentally sealed connector system designed for low-current automotive and motorsport electrical applications.
Supplied as a complete mated pair, this kit includes both male and female housings, wedgelocks, and terminals for a fully serviceable 12-circuit sealed connection.
Commonly used in standalone ECU systems, professional engine harness builds, and sealed PDM integrations where multiple signal and low-current circuits must pass through a single compact sealed interface.
• 1x DTM 12-pin male housing
• 1x DTM 12-pin female housing
• Male and female wedgelocks
• 12x male terminals
• 12x female terminals
Terminal options available:
• Open-barrel terminals (stamped and formed)
• Solid-barrel terminals (machined style)
Product images display the open-barrel terminal variant.
Each kit includes both male and female terminals in the selected terminal style.
DTM 12-pin connectors are typically used for:
• Engine subharness disconnect points
• Chassis-to-engine interface connections
• Standalone ECU auxiliary I/O breakout circuits
• Multi-sensor distribution modules
• Compact PDM signal routing
• CAN + power + multiple control outputs
• Professional motorsport bulk signal transitions
The compact DTM footprint supports clean routing in high-density engine bay installations and professional mil-spec harness construction.
Compatible with 20–22 AWG wiring for signal and low-amperage control circuits.
Connector Series: Deutsch DTM
Circuit Count: 12
Wire Range: 20–22 AWG
Sealing Type: Environmental sealed interface
Terminal Retention: Integrated wedgelock system
Application Type: Low-current signal and control circuits
Serviceability: Fully de-pinnable with proper tooling
The DTM series provides a smaller footprint than DT and DTP connectors, making it ideal for compact multi-circuit signal routing and sealed subharness disconnect points.
These connectors are widely used in standalone ECU conversions, sealed PDM systems, turbocharged engine management setups, and custom motorsport wiring where reliability, serviceability, and environmental protection are required.
Designed for motorsport, off-road, and custom automotive electrical systems. Proper crimp tooling is required to ensure correct terminal retention and environmental sealing performance.
